Hi Tammix,
You should be able to choose Payoneer on your sponsor's website. If you already have a card, then once you click on Payoneer, there is a banner on the right that says "Click here if you already have Payoneer" and it will let you connect the new sponsor to the old card. You can have as many sponsors on one card as you'd like.
