Hi Paul,
Does your client realize those plans you linked to are Shared/Virtual hosting plans? Based on your email and what you are building for the client I would still suggest he at least go with a VPS somewhere, which was one of the options I suggested. Unlimited has a funny way of not really being unlimited storage and bandwidth once you get going on those type of plans.
