It's not that they simply shut down, it's the way it happened. They have a history of feeding their clients BS, and that's what they did this week. It appears they told everyone there would be a five hour downtime, and then took off for good. They double charged some peoples credit cards, didn't pay affiliates for their PPS program allliquid, and owe six figures to their backbone provider. Oh yeah, and people who have colo boxes with them, don't know if they'll ever see them again. Good enough reasons for the fuss?
