I have requested my $10k back and servers which totals over $18k so I really could give 2 fucks about Nick and his fucked up ability to think up ideas especially if it is at the expense of others.
So in essence my experience with Nick is dictated by money because he has mine.....
If you want to do business and sit in a pow wow with him and theorize ideas and innovations, good for you. All I want is my fucking money and hardware back. Understand my position now?

Sounds like you made an bad business decision, you lost money, now you want revenge... I seriously doubt you can scare Nick into paying you.
