This is pure bullshit... I'm not sure about every state, but here you HAVE to be working at least 20 hrs/wk to qualify for food stamps. Only exceptions are when you are 6+ months pregnant or on soc. sec. or some other disability program. If you are over 21, out of school, and not working, they make you attend job prep classes 4+ hrs a day to recieve benefits... and EVEN THEN, you only recieve them for 3 months in a lifetime (that used to be each year).

So I just love it when people bitch about shit they know nothing about.
