Yeah he would "take action" in the form of payoffs and throwing a party if a country was to make using .xxx mandatory for porn. Especially if it was the US, Canada, Australia or Western European country.
I hate that Joan bitch. She was paying herself about 25% of all money collected from ASACP when she was running it. So much for "protecting the kids" when you got to pay yourself a fat salary first.
