I'm soerry, VJO, but as I said before, the problem with your sponsor seems to be a different problem. You haven't told me who it is, so I couldn't check, even though I repeatedly asked you here and via email (which you didn't reply to). I can only help people when they give me the information I need to be able to help.
We did not have one single wire not go through in August or the beginning of September, this problem is from the past couple of weeks. As I mentioned before, if we are not allowing a sponsor to transfer money, this isn't something I can comment on - we have absolutely zero reason to reject a partner unless something fishy is going on.
All wires that have been rerouted through Earthport have arrived without a problem, not one has been late or missing, and all related payments have gone out on time (as more than one person has mentioned on this thread).
The "fallen through the cracks" was that I wasn't online for a day since I was sick (sorry), but I not only tried to reply to you as quickly as I could when I got back, but I literally ran around through 3 departments at the office trying to figure it out, but without knowing what sponsor you are talking about, and knowing 100% that we didn't have any rejected wires at the time, my hands were tied.
I'm sorry for seeming bitchy, but I'm sick of people complaining and not letting others try to help. I'm here to help, so utilize me when I ask for information instead of just cussing me out and not giving anyone a chance to help you.
