If you think that providing a bit extra for the ppl that make you money is hard then I dunno how you are successful.
Big companies like nastydollars, topbucks, adultplatinum....
SHOULD provide galleries with descriptions done. Thats one of the best ways they get exposure. And when they are making upwards of $100,000 a month how hard is it to hire a few ppl to write a few descriptions?
You say webmasters are getting lazy? Maybe, but how would it hurt a paysite owner to provider tgp owners with a list of lets say 1000 hosted gals with descriptions? They must not want the extra traffic and $$
