Setting up all the agreements with all carriers around the world is pain in the ass. Keeping you numbers alive is another issue and watching out your webmasters ( content areas ) is headache. So, if you are considering setting up a global dialer, it's not easy task and requires $$$. Of course you could start from one or two country... it's much more easier. Or just use 3rd party solutions. I guess you was thinking about 3rd party? In that case thare are good alternatives: Goodthinxx, NCC and Telcoweb. However for north america traffic... there's no very stable dialer solution as far as I know.
