Where can i find, who can i hire or where can i get?

I need a password protected zip folder download thingy mabob which will contain various tools for my Affiliates on my Affiliate Program.

So if they want tool #2 which contains .flv files of webcam models they would have to hit me up for the password. They enter the password after they have clicked promotools on the tool they want and the zip begins to download. They unzip and have the tool.

Anyone here know of any software or developers that can help me out?
