I know this is old news, but it is still a current concern. This is an AVN article about some of the provisions of the new Amber Alert Law.

http://www.avn.com/articles/12237.html

If you don't have hard copies of all 2257 docs, you may be vulnerable to prosecution. Many feel it is no longer safe to simply display a list of Custodians of Records, and want hard copies on premesis. I know of at least one big company that has dropped all content that they don't have hard copies of DETAILED 2257 info for.

I am in the process of compiling some additional 2257 info that will be made available to One Lick customers for better protection from these provisions. This is in addition to the info already provided in digital form with each set. I'm hoping to complete it by Sunday.
