To people talking about "card declined by bank" issue....that's not the case here. We have Epoch as backup processor, and in anyway that would still mean the form had been submitted...but the drop is actually in form submissions...

It doesn''t explain it all:I am an aff.of a NATS program where I send 500 uniques per day to their tour and that program make me 500 bucks per month. This month so far: 80 bucks! That NATS site is/was a very good program for rebills.This months rebills: just 4. In a normal month I had 15/20. This month I will only have 6/7... So far this month: 1 sale. That is 1: 10.000... Can you believe that? It's only a small particular part of my traffic. But I will be glad to make 120 bucks this month where in an average month it is 500. And that 500 is not my best month but just the average of the last 3 years... I repeat: this is a NATS program.
CCBill sales are very very very bad this month. I predict that I will make 30% of a normal month. Is CCbill the issuel? I think scrubbing is at max but the processor on it's own is not the issue and CCBill pays me every week in time, so for me it is really a very good company.
Another example: I send about 20K per month to a program with a different processor (not CCbill and not NATS). So far this month (after 20 days) I have 1 sale in 13K. Can you believe that? That is fucking 1:13.000. And so far 3 rebills. So also here I see a huge drop in rebills... Drop in sales + rebills: that looks not good. I work for this program since 4 years. This is my fucking worst month ever...
I am just a medium player in the adult bizz and I am in the game for only 6 years now but since July 2011 things are really different! My traffic + revenue was always increasing but since July 2011 my revenue isn''t anymore!
