Don't get me wrong, I wanna stay with ccbill, "they handle the affiliate payouts" but they really need to figure out this problem and fix it!

quoted for truth... I attempted with 2 different cards, visa debit and mastercard credit, both returned 'declined by bank', I have a strong credit rating, never been declined before by any sites. This was a few months back, I too could not get a definitive answer, from live chat, what I can say is the declines did flag up correctly in the stats, so I was satisfied they are reporting correctly.
