If it is not obvious then what is the problem? Both of those sites look like 1000s of other sites on the net. So what? It is a very basic simple layout that was used before you came along as well. There is a lot worst things happening online. I've put them side by side and I still can't tell one person copied off the other.
Please tell me this is some soft spam or trick to get people to check out your site. You can't be serious in this thread.

Welcome to the interwebs. I've had people copy my designs for years. Hell I;ve had people copy my entire page, and not change a thing including the affiliate code
and they have even sent me a few sales, which is how I found out they had copied me. Not a whole lot you can do if they copy your layout, colors, etc. Unless they infringe on your copyright, logo, etc. Get use to it if you provide quality looking work you will "inspire" people which some tend to just plain out copy but what can you do. Just because someone copies your design, layout, look etc... and they have no creativity of their own, that doesn't hurt you. Most of them are lazy and don't know how to market or generate sales, much less how to innovate, make changes, evolve, run a site. 9 out of 10x they just a flash in the pan copy. Just a snap shot in time of what I was doing at that moment, that I have improved on several times since.
