So my results so far. Have a business account with Paxum that was setup the day after they opened. Tried to login to find out if everything was still active as we never did use the account. Password had been changed as i guess they do that from time to time for security, fair enough.
Went to their contact us page which i couldent use as the Captcha images wouldent load.
Called their business line and was informed that no one was there to take the call but to please leave a message.

Not a huge problem at all, but clearly not great support from a company you are going to trust with your money.
