man, I use to walk down "villas miserias" (it's like "favelas" in Brazil, very poor neighborhoods with houses made of tin and wood), and never had trouble. Of course, I don't go with an Armani suit nor even the last Nike shoes, but if it was that dangerous, I shouldn't be alive, and I wasn't even robbed. Dunno what Mr. Hitler will say, but his city is quite nice too. The best places to live in Argentina are Buenos Aires suburbs (you're right) and Cordoba, the second city in the country. Mendoza is cool, too. And Rosario (where Milo lives) is fucking ugly
