I vote never.
Free speech lawyers would have a field day with that one.
Lawley would love nothing more than this ... and there is a very remote chance he could maybe get it done in the US ... but it's highly unlikely, no matter how much he lobbies Congress.
That and it'd be taken all the way to the Supreme Court by Larry Flint (or others) ... and Lawley would lose.
