Best advice in this thread. While some setups are better than others, sitting in front of your computer typing is unnatural and places stress on your body no matter what.
Totally unrelated, but I love my inversion table. I invert when I take breaks to release the tension from sitting at a desk.
If you aren't familiar with them, google inversion therapy.
