I have a mouse like the one you showed but I find the DPI too low - I have to move it too much.
The best thing I found was to use 2 mice. One hand for movement, the other for the clicks. It seems the combination of movement and clicks on one hand causes the trouble.

That looks interesting. Thanks for posting. I have the exact same mouse as bossku69, which is a decent mouse, as far as how it sits in my hand, compared to other current ones. But I prefer a bigger mouse. Every few years, I like to switch from a mouse to a trackball and then back, just to break up the repetitive action. I am also a fan of old low tech keyboards like ********** 'cause I like to pound my keys and that does not feel good without enough travel.
