Three options:
Recip ABC - gets the featured box at the top of the main page & category pages(TLD's only)
Recip AB Thumbnail - post a 125x125 image (interior page links OK)
No Recip allowed also (interior page links OK)
Coded it from scratch, no canned software, so please let me know of any bugs. I'll add more depth to the site when there's more data to play with, so post and post and post again!
