he used to weigh 400 lbs which is pretty big for a guy thats only 4'6, but then he got his stomach stapled and i put him on the biggest loser and now he looks great..
so, to answer your question, i dont think he wants to look like that ever again..
took lots of therapy to finally get him feeling sexy...
