Hey did you earn that $200 from Cirrus on the free $25 chip, cause just so you know they had a max cashout of $100 on the free chip. If you made a deposit then you're fine cashing out that much. Also, it usually takes 3-4 days for the money to show up in your Neteller account and Neteller will send you email when the money is in there.
