No matter how much stomach work you do... you will not get a six pack untill you lose the fat around your stomach.

You CAN NOT spot reduce fat with any exercises. You must do cardio, or diet (both together works better) to reduce your overall body fat.

As for exercises, once the fat is gone, it really doesnt take much to build the abdominal muscles.
