They're great and reasonably priced. A friend of mine just had them get some source code back that was (foolishly) stored on a RAID 0. The drives were sent overnight to them on a Monday (so they received the drives on Tuesday) and they had the data back to him on Thursday morning.

While they were working on getting his data back I taught him to use a 3rd party GIT repository.
