The Hun example always makes me chuckle, every time the "change/no change" discussion arises someone mentions The Hun as a good example of why NOT to change. The part they're missing is The Hun lost around 70/75% of its traffic, but hey, who cares about that? Everybody here likes to lose 1,000,000+ unique visitors per day! 
Guess that most successful companies invest in developing new ideas and improving their sites and UI/UX because they're dumb and they don't know how to spend their money
