I agree with the guy above that offered
NexCash I have been very happy with the payment and of all the click thru's I use they seem to piss off the surfer the least.
you may also want to take a look at
OffShoreClicks.Com I send all my A**hole hotlinkers and a bunch of IP's that were sucking huge amounts of bandwidth... thats worth 100 to 200 bucks for garbage POS.
