yeah, they did nothing to me..
except lie, cheat, and steal - and actually some creative illegal activities that if they were still worth going after, I would send nick to jail (like how about hiding contracts to not pay me)..
that shit is fact..
how about walking into the office and nick personally telling me I didnt have any contracts, and him persisting so hard for me to check the filing cabinets for them..and then going home and searching on my computer at home, and finding SIGNED contracts for like whoa. I guess these are the actions of any good hosting company.
as is downtime, fucking over affiliates, having their main site down, being locked out of my datacenter, having my booth not show up at the show, not paying employees, not having technical support,
oh and dont forget the numerous lawsuits that most people don't know about since nick was such an honest guy.
these are the FACTS!
this sounds like a 'small' financial problem to me..
