I'm not too big on multi-vitamins, I've heard that recent studies have shown that taking a daily milti-vitamin can actually be detramental to your health. For one example, if there is an excess of minerals (i.e. iron, calcium etc...) and not enough pure fluids in your diet, it can lead to things like kidney stones. There are other arguments in the same direction havnig to do with the other ingredients, and of course arguments supporting the use thereof.
Personally, I dont think you can beat a healthy balanced diet, that way everything is absorbed correctly, and with the natural buffers that assist in digestion/absorbtion. But who the heck has time to make a balanced meal every few hours? 1-2-3 not it.
