because you aren't paying enough
for a good writer expect to pay upwards of $0.04 a word if not more, and that's for one that knows what they are talking about and can work pretty much unassisted -- and that's just for writing and not adding posts etc
that's what ive found at least if you want them to stick around, its easy to get students that will come through and write a couple hundred posts but soon enough they'll be gone
