Last time I saw charly post on this subject, he thought that charging a higher price without any limitations on sales constituted "semi-exclusive", simply because less people buy the set.
Maybe I'm wrong or maybe he changed his mind, though. ;) I'm just going on what the last thing I saw him post about this was.
