Although I'm no great fan of "Charly the LIAR", I don't think he was saying that HIS content is semi-exclusive.
It might very well be semi-exclusive by virtue of the fact his business has been so slow for "a while" and not a lot of webmasters have it , but - I don't think it's his intention
