This is a perfect illustration of my point. The major news outlets will ignore the fact that his last plan had one year to produce results but did nothing. Why so much hype about his "new plan" and zero attention to the fact that he has used this tactic before?

He did a plan last year, with not so much success ( major blockage to all aspects ) ;
He is coming back with another one , that will also be torpedoed by the GOP ...
Nothing stupid there .. not more then Bush changing plan on Iraq after 5 years was stupid.. just about time ..
