Maybe some thug grabbed the umbrella and a tug of war ensued or maybe it just broke or yeah.. maybe someone took a ride..
Also toward the lower right where that round dark spot on the cement is, was a newstand type deal that everyone uses for a makeshift table. Amazing the number of hotdogs layed on that table.
It is all so dirty.. I love it.
