Hey,
I'm probably going to sell off this site for the basic reason that I do not have time to work on it at all. It's currently a PR5 with great keywords in the domain. It's also included on Google's freshbot (visits daily to check for updates) so it has potential for just about whatever somebody wants to do with it.
