Thanks for the constructive suggestion about Pimproll's Forum. Actually I think that the breakdown in communication was unintentionally caused from my end. I just before emailed Pimproll's support area using a Hotmail account and a Auto-Respond email from them came straight to me, complete with support ticket number. It would seem that there is a problem getting mail delivered from my (at) gonzodave.com email address. With regard to Seeric's earlier comment that "I am a douche in a few ways", he obviously didn't know that I couldn't even log-in to their forum or their network. Fact! Anyway, hopefully all will be fixed on Monday and I would like to thank all those GFYers who helped with constructive advice. Cheers everybody!
