Gimme a fucking break. Just because apple was the first to be "innovative" and invent a super cool way to do it the same way other companies have done it for years doesn't make the competition copy-cats.
The only thing apple did was make it "smoother" on a hand sized device and that's only because of the processing power available in a small product at it's release time.

Rewriting history I see. I clearly remember having to use on screen arrows on most of those devices you mentioned to shuffle through pictures
Are you telling me that all of the manufacturers of all of those devices above were too stupid to patent the gestures/methods themselves?
