This is not a "rental property", and this is not exactly a "rental tenant". It is a super high-end property that is being rented. It has every amenity, and every detail is immaculate.

Sounds like a rental property to me
Look we get it, you think it's worth more but in reality it sounds like you have the ideal tenant... If you have the tenant you say you do, keep her happy.
