Jay dropped her off and by the time he returned the agent in question was at the location and voila - she became his talent and was booked around and then signed to a VIVID Girl contract as Meggan Malone. She never shot again for the solo site she had signed a valid legal contract for.

I'd blame the photographer as much as the model poacher - you send a girl to a set there should be no other agent on the premises while she is there.
