it's not just the hours, doctors and nurses have issues - not saying all of them of course but not easy being married to a doctor or nurse who work in stressful fields of medicine. i forget the stat I read but a ton of doctors and nurses have substance abuse problems. easy access to the drugs.

better to find a dermatologist with a good practice rather than a surgeon.
