There are certain different steps you need to take with almost all different breeds of dog... not just a pit. Any responsible dog owner knows this. Yes, keep your pit away from small barking ankle biters... and on a leash when you're outside.
It's the people that want to buy a dog just to have it as an ornament... and don't want to actually step up to the responsibility of owning one that give the pit bull and many other dogs a bad name.
Do you think having 2 big dogs of any kind in your car with the window open and unrestrained in a neighborhood where small punk ass big mouthed dogs frequent is a good idea? Or do you think this is only a pit bull thing?
