Unless you meant she was stolen by someone and brought to other producers against the wishes of a producer or site owner who had signed her and spent $40k in costs to produce content with that particular model supposedly under an exclusive services contract. In that case, the remedy would be to sue the model for breach of contract and/or sue the new agent or other producers who hired the model for what is usually called tortious interference.

it wasn't an agent, it was Rico from Panchodog. JayRock found a model named Meggan in Texas, and I introduced him to Rico who has run some of the most successful solo girl sites on the Net - KatieFey.com, FelicityFey.com, AndiPink.com, ArielRebel.com. Rico signed the girl to a contract for a solo girl site and spent 40K on her as Meggan Powers. Jay was new to LA and Meggan was staying with him, Jay asked Rico if Meggan could shoot for Stephen Hicks or Ron Harris, i forget which, she shot for both. Jay dropped her off and by the time he returned the agent in question was at the location and voila - she became his talent and was booked around and then signed to a VIVID Girl contract as Meggan Malone. She never shot again for the solo site she had signed a valid legal contract for.
I'd blame the photographer as much as the model poacher - you send a girl to a set there should be no other agent on the premises while she is there.
