It's a toss up. I'd pay more to be able to utilize the performance these vehicles are capable of safely achieving without worrying about getting the car impounded and getting arrested by some douche-nozzle revenue collection officer.
But then again, I guess that's what the Laser Interceptor and V1 are for.
