Sorry to hear about what is happening to you Swirlsgirl. But unless Zombaio still owes you money for late payments I don't see that they are even partially at fault for this. It makes sense for them to suspend the account after 48 hours and halt rebills until it is back up. I hope you get things back up and running though. I guess sometimes these things can be a lesson for us.
