First of all you are full of shit..now that that is out of the way.
Border Patrol check points are nothing new to border areas, we have had them for DECADES.
I have been thru them literally hundreds of times, out of those hundreds of times I have had countless dogs run around the vehicle and the handlers have been nothing but professional, it takes about 20 seconds and then they wave you through...
Do they sometimes pull out random or suspicious vehicles for secondary checks where they search your vehicle and ask you additional questions? yes they do...just as they should. They have a job to do and these checkpoints find tons of drugs, stolen vehicles, thousands of illegal aliens and numerous wanted fugitives.
EVERYONE who lives in the border areas knows the checkpoints are out there and know they will have to deal with them if they choose to travel beyond whatever distance they happen to be on a particular roadway...some are very close, like 20 miles from the border, others are about 80 miles away..its just a matter of logistics determining the placement to best serve the area without adding more checkpoint stations than necessary.
It's really no big deal...and certainly OLD NEWS.
