Exactly, dogs can be bred to be aggressive. So its not like all dogs are exactly wonderful and happy. Breeds can have varying temperaments and aggression. Some breeds can be more aggressive than others. Further, they can be bred to be more aggressive and even "monsters" just by breeding. So that means the owners don't take a pit bull puppy and make it a monster, monsters are also just "bred" and that way by nature.
