Depends. You might want to start with half hour shows and move to hour or vice versa. Almost all of them are serials so they will need the time investment.
I'd start with Rescue Me, Boardwalk Empire or Mad men for the hour long shows.
For the 1/2 hour shows i'd start with Archer or Eastbound and Down.
