Because Rob probably realized, like many others, that GFY isn't a place that you need for your business. It hasn't been for a long, LONG time. So he probably just doesn't care.
As for why Eddie is allowed to post here in spite of the admins knowing who he is? The same reason other people of his ilk are allowed to...to keep the place alive.
