They basically had two different agendas at play. Her's was to get on and try to promote her book as much as possible. His was to get higher ratings and have some drama on his show. To be honest though, in my eyes he came off as a nice guy and she came off as hiding something. "I won't tell you anything, it's all in the book buy the book".
The keyword here is that it was an
interview, not a
book commercial despite what she may have thought...
