Here's a quick suggestion.....
When you move and change addresses, and then place an order on a website that allows you to edit your SHIP TO address.... it would be wise to make that edit before you order, not after.
This customer placed an order, and within 3 hours of payment we shipped out a FedEx package. Our system has been streamlined now and we have the ability to ship quickly, this order was only for 50 videos so it was done and shipped fast.
AFTER the package had already been shipped, we got a message saying "I moved, can you ship it to m y new address instead" ....
There were 2 attempted deliveries without success obviously, and now the package sits in the FedEx hub in Tennesse waiting to be returned to us. To re-route now would actually take 2 to 3 days for delivery. So that the customer gets his content, we actually created a brand new drive, and shipped that out again FedEx - but overnight, at no charge... to the correct address.
