Yes, kind of like that but I am actually refering to human action and how it plays out. People will change their habits and modify their lifestyle to "Follow the cheese."
When one group is regulated out of business another group will jump at an opportunity to make money.
Example: Americans are regulated out of a market and Indians will just provide a service.
